We were part of a development team hired by Bank of America to direct the disposition of a 125-acre land parcel located at the crossing of Routes 9 and 90 in Framingham, MA.

The property was sold to National Development New England which developed it into the 1.5 million square feet 9/90 Corporate Center. Corporate tenants in the park are Staples, Computer Associates Inc., NMS Communications, Capital One, Genzyme Corp. and Cumberland Farms (Gulf Oil).
